Exciting Sober Group Activities for People In Recovery
Are you looking for ways to have sober fun since entering recovery? Otherwise, do you need to meet more people who live a sober lifestyle? We offer exciting sober group activities for people in recovery. Further, they are scheduled throughout the year. Whether it is group drumming, frisbee golf, hikes, meditation or others, we always have something to offer. Additionally, our ExPeeriential Coaching program is an 8-week outdoor group coaching service that offers a variety of fun sober activities. However, many other sober activities are available. In the meantime, keep checking back for free community sober activities.
Sober activities are a great opportunity to build community. Additionally, since they are recovery oriented, peer support and mutual support are integrated. You can trust that you will be supported along the way.
We also offer sober backpacking trips year-round. Backpacking trips vary in length, however, the most common length is two and a half days. Often they start with gear distribution, fire ceremony and team building on Friday evening with hiking beginning on Saturday morning. These trips offer connection with nature, community building, outdoor skills and so much more.
Free Community Drumming
Come have fun! Build Community! Above all, let go of the stresses of life in a healthy, soulful way! Drumming takes place on the 4th Monday of every month at the RHA Peer Living Room unless otherwise posted.
Expedition To Connection
Expedition to Connection is a transformative 6-month experiential group coaching program designed to foster deep connections, purposeful play, and a profound sense of belonging through immersive experiences in nature. Participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, community building, and empowerment as they engage in weekly group activities, monthly coaching sessions, bonus engagements, and access to a private online community.
