Extended Nature Immersions for Personal Growth and Recovery

You need a different kind of experience.
You’ve done a lot of work on your recovery.
You’ve built a life that, on paper, looks solid.
But internally?
Something still feels off.
- You’re going through the motions
- You feel disconnected from yourself or others
- You’ve outgrown old patterns—but don’t know what comes next
- You’re successful, but not fulfilled
You don’t need more information.
You need a different kind of experience.
This Isn’t a Retreat. It’s a Reset.
This is not about escaping your life.
It’s about stepping out of the noise long enough to actually hear yourself again.
In the mountains of Western North Carolina, you’ll unplug from:
- constant stimulation
- pressure to perform
- the roles you’ve been carrying
And reconnect with:
- clarity
- presence
- purpose
- real connection
This is where insight turns into action.
What makes this different?
Most programs keep you talking about your life.
This one gets you into it.
You won’t just sit in a circle.
You’ll:
- navigate trails
- carry what you need
- face real challenges
- rely on yourself—and others
That’s where things shift.
Because growth sticks when it’s lived—not just discussed.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE IMMERSION
Each immersion is structured and intentional.
You’ll experience a blend of:
- Mindfulness and awareness practices
- Solo reflection time in nature
- Guided group experiences
- One-on-one coaching conversations
- Outdoor skills (navigation, backpacking, self-reliance)
- Challenges designed to build confidence and resilience
Nature is the container.
Your experience inside it is what creates change.

Who’s it for?
This experience is for you if:
- You’re in recovery and want something beyond traditional approaches
- You’re high-functioning—but internally stuck or disconnected
- You’re ready to be challenged (physically, mentally, emotionally)
- You value growth, honesty, and real connection
- You’re willing to step outside your comfort zone
This is not for you if:
- You want passive healing without active participation
- You’re looking for a casual retreat or vacation
- You’re not open to discomfort or challenge

Why do we show up?
I created these immersions because I’ve lived the gap between external success and internal disconnection.
Recovery gave me a foundation.
Nature gave me a way to actually live it.
This work is about helping others reconnect with themselves in a real, grounded, and lasting way.
